9/17/2023 0 Comments No audio device foundThere is not a clear model number on the bottom of this laptop. How about checking in Device Manager and seeing if Windows 10 has changed your driver to a MS Driver ?Įdited by Pkshadow, 19 July 2021 - 08:48 PM. Have you tried typing in Start Menu Search -> Sound then -> Manage Audio Devices t0 see if the program has been defaulted to something else ? Is there special software for this factory installed audio device ? Note : the proper Dell XPS info can be found on the bottom of your laptop to provide the model info. Some info can be found be using Start Search type System Information. Hi, Not enough information yet : Please always post your OS version and build # found in Settings->System->About (use Copy Button if available in your version) as there are cures and problems for each build and everyone is running something different.īest practise would be to also include the above with the Motherboard make/model info, and/or what's in the box, chip, BIOS version, ram make and speed, GPU make/model would also be great info to be able to provide you with better informed help.
